By accessing and using Perfolio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Perfolio is a professional portfolio and CV creation platform that provides:

  • Portfolio Website: Create and customize professional portfolio websites with multiple themes and responsive design
  • CV Templates: Professional resume templates that can be exported as PDF files
  • Real-time Preview: Live preview of your portfolio across different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • GitHub Integration: Sync your projects and repositories directly from GitHub
  • Social Sharing: Share your portfolio via custom URLs and social media integration
  • Multiple Themes: Professional design themes with customizable colors and layouts
  • Content Management: Drag-and-drop editor for easy content customization

We offer paid subscription plans with different features and pricing tiers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not share your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing:

  • Monthly Plan: $5/month, billed monthly
  • Yearly Plan: $36/year ($3/month), billed annually
  • Lifetime Plan: $60 one-time payment

All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans or one-time payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for payments already made.

6. Content Guidelines

Users are responsible for the content they publish. Content must not:

  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Contain malicious code or harmful content
  • Include inappropriate or offensive material
  • Misrepresent information
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Data and Privacy

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.
