2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • Have not previously received a refund for the same account
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request

3. Lifetime Plan Refunds

Lifetime plans follow the same 14-day refund window. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of the one-time payment structure.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:

  • Cancel through your account settings
  • Contact us at support@perfolio.site for assistance
  • Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • Refunds within the 14-day window will be provided for the current billing period

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Provide a brief explanation for the refund request
  • Allow 5-7 business days for processing

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • You'll receive a confirmation email
  • Your account will be downgraded to the free plan
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Lifetime plans after 14 days
  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund window
  • Custom development or consulting services
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

8. Billing Errors

If you believe there has been a billing error on our part, please contact us immediately at support@perfolio.site. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors within 30 days.
